came in a timely matter, but mp3/mp4 is hard to sync with songs on computer….the instruction manual is like an iliterate person wrote it, very hard to decifer, the seller was very nice and courteous and answered my emails same day, GREAT! I recommend that if you buy the POD make sure you have access to several computers, because this device is very difficult to load with songs….
