Pens ok but there was no ink refills or Key chain in the package.also no booklet about the product.

There are no instructions and it is not at all self evident. Very confusing and pretty close to unusable. Also doesn’t work for a mac. Also they do not offer a refund only an exchange, so if you don’t like it or it doesn’t work as expected, you are stuck
